Curos Referral Programme
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The Referrer must be an existing parent with a child currently enrolled at Curos.
- The Referee must be a “New Student,” defined as a child who has not previously been enrolled in Curos.
- Siblings of existing students are not eligible for this specific referral programme.
2. Referral Process
- To qualify, the referral must be submitted via the Curos Referral Form prior to the official registration.
- The Referrer must obtain prior consent from the Referee before sharing their contact details with Curos.
3. Rebate & Stackability
- For the Referee Only: This referral rebate is stackable with other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated in specific campaign terms.
- All referral rebates are subject to the Referee maintaining a minimum stay of 6 months.
- Should the referred child (Referee) withdraw before the 6th month, the referral rebate for both parties will cease immediately and be subject to clawback.
- Rebates are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and can only be used to offset monthly tuition fees.
- In the event that the Referrer has withdrawn from Curos or is serving notice, any remaining referral rebate will be carried forward for use within the Learning Point group.
4. General
- Each New Student can only be referred by one Referrer. In the event of multiple referrals for the same student, the rebate will be awarded based on the earliest time-stamped submission.
- Curos reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme and its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in this programme, all parties agree to the collection and use of their personal data for administrative and marketing purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
